Now for the rainbow story…On our first visit to Casa Arcobaleno we arrived on the scene just moments after an incredible rainbow burst forth from the sky, literally touching the property. This was a good sign!
Casa Arcobaleno is that hard-to-find property that’s been structurally restored. That means all the approvals are done…all the heavy structural work has been done…all the major costs are already sunk. In short, it means you’re well on your way to a finished house, without having to manage a major restoration project. What remains to do at Casa Arcobaleno is the fun stuff – the finish work. You can select the final room layouts, the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, the wall and bath tiles, the location of the living room and all the other elements that make a house a home.
Casa Arcobaleno has been restored to 240 sqm. to a very high structural standard and build quality. It’s reinforced concrete construction meets or exceeds the latest building codes. This sort of construction also allows for open plan architecture, allowing for great flexibility regarding internal layouts. The foundation is a specially ventilated one that promotes energy efficiency and eliminates the possibility of damp inside the house. The exterior of the house is done in a lovely stone, carefully restored and pointed, with accents of old brick.
