Casa Cuore is a very “sympathetic” restoration. Classic old stone, pointed the old way, dominates the exterior of the house. At around 180 sqm, Casa Cuore is just the right size to not lose the intimacy you crave in a Marche farmhouse. The ground floor has an open plan with an unpretentious, rustic feel. There’s the living room with fireplace and a country kitchen and dining room. The kitchen in perfectly serviceable and includes a big gas cooktop. Also on this floor is a sizable cantina area & laundry. This could be left to that very noble end-use, or, some of its space could be used to install a ground floor WC. Upstairs, Casa Cuore has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is an ensuite with a very large, comfortable bathroom.
