 Everybody wants that Marche property with the big view…you know, the “wow factor”. Such a property in Le Marche is getting harder and harder to find. That’s why we were so impressed by this multi-building property to restore, just outside historic Mogliano. It’s got STUPENDOUS views…the kind that make even the most veteran house-hunter stop, give a shake of the head and just say “WOW”. The views here are impressive because they’re so panoramic, at least 180º of beauty. That’s why we’ve decided to call this special property Casa PANORAMA…

Casa Panorama literally has some of the best views we’ve ever seen. The panorama from Casa Panorama takes in the majestic Sibillini Mountains, the rolling Marche hills, the sweeping fields of summer sunflowers and a postcard-like shot of nearby hill-town Loro Piceno. t’s the ideal mix of all the things that make Le Marche landscapes so special. The house faces south and boasts full day sun. It’s a great position and it offers as complete a view as we’ve seen,…as an Italian colleague said, “there’s NOTHING in this view that can be considered a negative”. He’s right.

When we named this property Casa Panorama, we did so not just for the views. We considered, also, that the property offers the full gamut of possibility, a panorama of possibilities! The restorable volume at Panorama is impressive. You can do ANYTHING you’d like here with the approximate 600 sqm. of volume resident on the plot – the 300 sqm. house is “Villa Quality”…the two large outbuildings easily contribute another 300 sqm. So, if you want to run a B&B or other hospitality business here, you’ve got all the volume you need. Want a good-sized private villa and adjacent cottage? No problem. Do you have an extended family and 2 houses are in your plans? Easy. You get the idea…volume here is a non-issue.

The panoramic nature of the plot means that the sunsets at Casa Panorama will be dramatic. The plot included in the sale is 5,000 sqm. (1.25 acres) and is a mostly flat plateau, a rarity in Le Marche. A pool and gardens are easily accommodated Note, too, the owners of Panorama have LOTS more land adjacent to ruin, so if more land is something you need, that need can be met.

Casa Panorama is private but not isolated…it’s in a peaceful, quiet area. There are only two neighbors within sight and they in no way encroach upon your privacy or plot.

Casa Panorama is well-located and close to EVERYTHING. Mogliano with it’s various festivals, is 5 minutes by car, 20 on foot. It’s 10 minutes to Loro Piceno, famous for its Vino Cotto. The La Murola vineyards, an up-and-coming Marche wine producer, is 10 minutes away and their wine tastings are the toast of the area. Provincial capital Macerata is just about 20 minutes away an boasts a renowned summer opera festival, university quarter and lovely shops.

You can reach Casa Panorama from from at least 3 different airports (Ancona, Pesaro, Perugia) and you’re at the beach in 30 minutes. Mountains with summer hiking & winter skiing are 35-40 minutes from the house. The surrounding towns and hillsides are dotted with great places to eat and local producers of everything from fresh ricotta to local meats, cheeses, breads and wines, making this house PERFECT for great year-round living, family holidays, a rental business and/or an exclusive B&B setup.
