When I was first shown this Marche property the experienced geometra who took me to see it was excited.  I thought it was because it belongs to his elderly aunt who had finally decided to sell.  We turned the corner, and all he said was “Guardala”, literally LOOK at THAT!  One glance at the architecturally unique buildings and the stupendous views and I couldn’t think of a better name for this great property.  Welcome to Casa Guardala’!
